1、Warranty

We provide 1 year limited warranty for new Products (Makeup mirror/IPL hair removal/RF facial device) purchased from AMEELA BEAUTY.

2、Shipping Method

AMEELA BEAUTY usually use FedEx, DHL, TNT, SF Express to shipping your order. Details are shown in the following: The average delivery time takes 7-18 Business days.

For other remote areas, please contact us.

NOTE：

• If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in separated date, experience different travel times and will often arrive on different days.
• Shipping days do not include weekends or holidays.
• Orders shipped to any of the country will be shipped via Regular Service only.
• We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or additional fees that may be charged by Customs for any international deliveries.
• We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to destination issues, such as failing to provide a complete and correct shipping address or not being present at the address to sign and receive the package.
• Here at AMEELA BEAUTY, we make the utmost effort to get orders delivered on time as promised. However, we cannot provide shipping refunds in the case of national crises, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays or other circumstances where the delay is beyond our control.

Once the item has been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status is completed) we are unable to help cancel it.

a) For Unwanted Products
We don't accept an unwanted return. Please consider carefully before purchasing.

b) For Non-Man made Defective Products
If the product is defective (non-manmade) when you receive it, within 30 days of delivery, you can get a full refund or replacement. 

Beyond the 30 days but within 1-year warranty, a full refund is not available, but replacement or repair is acceptable.

You don't need to return the defective item to us and AMEELA BEAUTY will bear the freight of new replacements or repaired units.

Return Policy for Products Purchased from a Third-Party

If the AMEELA BEAUTY product that you have purchased from the third-party stores or vendors does not function to your satisfaction or does not apply to your installation, please contact the third-party store or vendor where the product was originally purchased for the return and refund policy. All the return and refund processes related to the AMEELA BEAUTY products purchased from third-party stores or vendors are subject to the specific policies of the third-party stores or vendors. Please refer to the return and refund policy of the original store or vendor that you purchased your AMEELA BEAUTY product for specific information. AMEELA BEAUTY is not responsible for their refund and return.
